Ingrediente: ciuperci (eu am folosit champignon), un ou, faina, susan, pesmet, ulei pt. prajit. sare piper sau alte condimente dupa gust.
Ciupercile se curata si se spala. Se pot inlatura sau pastra coditele. Eu am folosit numai palarioarele. Oul se bate si se amesteca cu condimentele care ne plac. Se dau prin faina, ou si pesmetul amestecat cu susan, in aceasta ordine,apoi se prajesc pe ambele parti in ulei incins. Se scot pe un servetel absorbant. Pofta buna!

Superbe ciupercile astea! Si blogul tau de altfel. Multumesc foarte mult. Deocamdata fac pozele pe balcon si cu reflectoare, dar in cateva saptamani ma voi muta intr-o casa noua unde chiar voi fi fericitul posesor a unei bucatarii la mansarda cu luminator. Interesanta ideea. Sunt bune si reci? (adica pot fi facute cu o zi inainte de a fi servite? – ma refer la masa festiva, cand toate preparatele trebuiesc cat mai recent facute..)
